zore.ai provides AI Agents for digital marketing purposes on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription and Payments

zore.ai operates on a subscription basis. All sales are final and all payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused services, or if you are unsatisfied with the product. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ability.ai and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ability.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Ukraine.
